College: Averaged .182 kills per game and 0.62
blocks per game during the 2008 season...in 2007, led the team in
blocks with 57 and ranked fourth in kills with 94...has
earned three varsity letters.
High School: Played varsity volleyball and tennis
at Peninsula HS...first team all-league sophomore year... honorable
mention all-league as a junior.
Personal: Born Aug. 30, 1987…parents are
Molly Stuen and Zenon Olbertz…father played football for the
Lutes…mother's grandparents also graduated from
PLU...majoring in religion with minors in Spanish and
psychology...hopes to be an elementary school teacher...Anella
chose to attend PLU because of the volleyball program and through
the support of her family, many of whom are alumni.
