SALEM, Ore. - Ashley Coats rallied from a set down to defeat Abby Funabiki 4-6, 6-3, 1-0 (10-6) to give Pacific Lutheran its only point in an 8-1 Northwest Conference women's tennis loss to Willamette. The match was played at Courthouse Tennis Club.

The defeat dropped Pacific Lutheran to 1-16 overall while Willamette improved its record to 6-10 overall.

Pacific Lutheran returns to action tomorrow when it faces Pacific in another conference contest.
