Lutes Hope to Prove NWC Coaches Wrong

NWC Preseason Poll

Pacific Lutheran will be out to prove the Northwest Conference coaches wrong this year after the Lutes were picked to finish last by the coaches in their annual preseason poll.

The Lutes managed just 22 points in the poll despite the fact that they return four players who started the majority of the team's 25 games last year.

The conference coaches selected Whitworth to knock off defending champion Puget Sound.
