Pacific Lutheran University athletic director Laurie Turner was inducted this weekend into the Washington State University Athletic Hall of Fame.

Turner was one of 31 pioneer Cougars inducted into the Hall of Fame during ceremonies held Friday and Saturday. She played basketball at WSU from 1976-79.

Turner has been athletic director at Pacific Lutheran since the 2005-06 school year.
